Cycle workshop – movement-based workshop //
3:00-5:30PM STEREO MŰVHÁZ
[English Friendly!] Free movement workshop on everything that comes out of the womb. Let`s scream, squirm, cower and shake our asses, let`s be strong and fragile, soft and firm, round and sharp. What can we learn from hormone fluctuations? What happens when we focus on the weekly cycles of estrogen and progesterone instead of the daily testosterone-based one dictated by the patriarchy? Expect practical, healing movement skills, acceptance exploration and liberating dance exercises.
No prior dance experience required. Arrive in comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily and freely. Suggested donation: 500 – 2,000 HUF or menstrual hygiene products to be donated to the community laundry. Details in the Facebook event.

(her) reading party //
6:30-9:00PM KASTNER KOMMUNITY
● feminist Reading Party ●
Our reading community gathers in January under the name of the I ONLY asked for just this 1!
Feminist Festival 2025, organized by Auróra.
The goal is to give space to conversations and thoughts through which the participants can reflect on questions of feminism, female journeys, roles, stories.
To join, you just need to grab a book, and immerse yourself in it while listening to chill background music. We ask you to either choose the work of a female author, or pick a book from the Feminist pop-up library in the cafe – about which you can read below. It would also be a pleasure if you brought other copies as well that you deem important in the topic of feminism – theoritical works and novels are all welcome!
While you join the experience of community reading, you will also have the chance to express the thoughts your book has awakened in you.
Venue: Kastner Kommunity
Agenda:
arrival is from 6:30 pm
7:15 p.m. – 8:15 p.m. // reading time
8:15 p.m. – 9 p.m. // time for a conversation along exciting questions

WeAreGloria: Ideology – record release //
9:00-10:00PM AURÓRA BASEMENT
After a two-year hiatus, WeAreGloria returns with IDEOLOGY, a live act that coincides with the album’s release on February 14th. Krisztina Dányi (also known as WeAreGloria and morningdeer) invites you to an immersive sonic experience that explores perception, meaning, and identity.
Blending art pop, avant-garde, and IDM, WeAreGloria’s work merges the uncanny with the familiar. IDEOLOGY dives into the invisible forces shaping how we love, think, and act. This performance disrupts conventional expectations, turning sound into a sensory exploration of control and liberation.
With visuals by Edina Palkovits, the show intertwines music and imagery, inviting you to question the ideologies you live by.

The NÜX project supports women in popular music and their advancement; it aims to empower women in an otherwise male-dominated sphere, to give women the opportunity to try out instruments and the experience of making music together in a safe environment, to problematise inequalities between women and men in the cultural world and to seek solutions to overcome them, provide a platform and a solution to the problems and difficulties faced by women in popular music, create a community of women in solidarity where we can share tools and experiences.
