We host a variety of workshops and one-day programs in our garden. In addition to the weekly work of FoodNotBombs Budapest, we also hold workshops on urban composting, home mushroom growing, Christmas tree composting, soil secrets, seed bombs, pickling and bicycle repair, as well as a clothing swap meet.

We meet every week, work in the garden, sometimes cook to eat our produce or try something new with ingredients fresh from our garden. Other times we have bigger projects, like building new raised beds, tidying up our bee hotel, or just sifting through the finished compost. Sometimes we try out fun ideas, like making string from nettles or working on our seed bank.
Our garden is open to everyone on open days. We welcome all locals, tourists, children or retirees. We are happy to give garden demonstrations, explain our composting and regenerative methods, give gardening advice or just show you a quiet place where you can observe the bees and birds.
If you would like to hold an event in the garden, feel free to contact us!
